Addy AI × Bonzo Integration Guide​

Welcome to the Addy AI integration guide for Bonzo. This step-by-step walkthrough is designed to help tenant administrators, users, and stakeholders successfully connect and use Addy AI with the Bonzo platform.

Step 1: Connect Bonzo to Addy AI​

  1. Log in to your Addy AI account.
  2. Navigate to the Integrations tab.
  3. Locate Bonzo from the list and click Connect.
  4. A pop-up will appear asking for your Bonzo API Token.
    • If you already have the token, enter it and click Connect, then skip to Step 3.
    • If you don’t have the token, follow the link to your Bonzo account and continue to Step 2.

Step 2: Retrieve Your Bonzo API Token​

  1. Visit the Bonzo Platform.
  2. Log into your account, or sign up if you're new.
  3. Once logged in, go to Settings in the left-hand navigation panel.
  4. Scroll to Integrations, then select the API section.
  5. Click the pink Add Token+ button to generate a new token.
    • You may be prompted to name the token (e.g., “Addy AI Integration”).
  6. After confirming, Bonzo will generate your API token.
  7. Copy the token and return to Addy AI.

Step 3: Finalize Connection in Addy AI​

  1. Back in the Addy AI integration pop-up, paste your API token in the field labeled "Enter your Bonzo API Token here."
  2. Click Connect.
  3. Upon successful connection, you’ll see a "Successfully connected to Bonzo" confirmation.
  4. Click Close.
  5. You’ll now see a green "Connected" label next to Bonzo in the Addy AI integrations list.

Step 4: View Your Bonzo Leads in Addy AI​

  1. In the Addy AI dashboard, click Leads from the left-hand menu.
  2. Under the search panel, click Leads again to view the list of lead messages.
  3. Click on any lead to open the full conversation view.
  4. If Bonzo is properly connected, a three-dot icon will appear in the top-left corner of the lead view.
  5. Click the icon and select "Open on Bonzo" to jump directly to that lead’s profile within the Bonzo platform.
