Welcome to the Addy AI documentation page! This guide provides step-by-step instructions to help tenant administrators, users, and stakeholders adopt and roll out Addy AI effectively. Follow these instructions to get started:
Step 1: Create an Account
- Visit the Addy AI platform.
- Click on the Sign Up button.
- Create an account using your desired credentials.
Step 2: Create an Assistant
- Log in to your Addy AI account.
- Navigate to the Assistants tab.
- Click Create New Assistant.
- Provide the following details:
- Assistant Name: Choose a unique name for your assistant.
- Organization Name: Enter the name of your organization.
Step 3: Add Knowledge Bases
In your newly created assistant, upload knowledge sources by:
- Uploading Files: Attach documents or files your assistant should know about.
- Adding URLs: Link to external web pages with relevant information.
- Click Save to finalize your assistant's setup.
Step 4: Install Addy AI in Microsoft Teams
- Open Microsoft Teams and search for the Addy AI application.
- Install the Addy AI app in your Teams workspace.
- After installation, you will be prompted to enter a unique code.
- This code can be found on the Assistant Details Page of your newly created assistant in Addy AI.
Step 5: Start Using Addy AI
- Paste the code into the prompt in Microsoft Teams.
- Begin chatting with your assistant. It will use the knowledge bases you provided to answer questions and provide insights.
