Manage your subscription

Addy AI partners with Stripe to manage subscriptions. This guide will show you how to handle your subscription through the Stripe-powered billing dashboard.

1. Access Your Billing Dashboard​

2. Log in to Your Billing Dashboard​

  1. Enter the email you used to subscribe to Addy AI.
  2. Check your email for a secure login link.
  3. Click the link to access your dashboard.

3. View Your Subscription​

  • Once logged in, you can see details like:
    • Current Plan
    • Cost
    • Payment Method
    • Billing Information
    • Invoice History

4. Change Your Subscription Plan​

  1. Visit our Pricing Page.
  2. Select the subscription you'd like to upgrade to.
  3. Confirm the change (adjustments may be pro-rated based on your billing cycle).
  4. Make your payment.
  5. Return to your Billing Dashboard to confirm the update.

5. Update Your Payment Method​

  1. In the Billing Dashboard, click Add Payment Method.
  2. Enter your card information and click Add.
  3. (Optional) Delete the old payment method or set the new one as the default.

6. Cancel Your Subscription​

  1. In the Current Plan section, click Cancel Plan.
  2. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

7. Review Past Invoices​

  • Go to the Invoice History section in your Billing Dashboard.
  • View or download past invoices for your records.
