Step-by-Step Guide to Sharing Your AI Assistant

Follow these steps to share your AI assistant with team members and set permissions:


1. Open the Assistant

  • Go to the Assistants page in Addy AI.
  • Select the assistant you’d like to share.

2. Navigate to Team Members

  • Scroll down to the Team Members section.
  • Click Add Team Member.

3. Add a Team Member

  1. Enter the Email Address:

    • Type the email address of the team member you want to invite.
    • Example: team.member@example.com.
  2. Set Permissions:

    • Viewer: Allows the team member to use the assistant but not edit its training data.
    • Admin: Grants the ability to use the assistant and modify its training data.
    • Select the appropriate permission level for the team member.
  3. Save the Assistant:

    • Click Save Assistant to finalize the invite.

4. Team Member Accepts the Invitation

  1. Email Notification:

    • The invited team member will receive an email with the invitation.
  2. Accept the Invitation:

    • The email includes an Accept Invitation button.
    • Once clicked, the team member can join and start using the assistant.

Permissions Summary

  • Viewer: Use the assistant but cannot edit training data.
  • Admin: Full access, including modifying training data.
